Acts of Leadership

The Acts of Leadership app is based on Acts of Leadership concept developed and owned by Impact International and was created as a tool supporting on-the-job leadership development. It allows user to type in any leadership act that is being implemented at any stage (notice, decide or act), and submit it to specific category. After using the app during a period of time user is able to have insight in her/his own performance in the area of leadership and own effectiveness via set of statistics and analytical tools, which then can be treated as a source to further development of own leadership style and competencies.
